UNIT 7 & 8


   UNIT 7 - GRAMMAR UNIT 8


GLOSSARY:

ARREST: when the policeman take the person eho do a bad thing.

ROB: is the sucess when someone stole.

ROBBER: the person who stole something.

SUSPECT: is a probably rob but the policeman don´t know 100% that this person was.
   

GRAMMAR:

 UNIT 7  Past simple: be and regular verbs.
UNIT 8   Past simple irregular verbs and WH questions.

WRITING:

About appearences of someone when they are yaung and they now.

READING:

Fashion about centurys.

LISTENING:

MY DAIRY OF ACHIVEMENT:

This unit was more difficult than other units but we need to study more.

MY OPINION: 

I think that this unit is normal.





OLIVER TWIST WRITING

                          OLIVER TWIST WRITING   

                                            SUMMARY

This film is set in the 18th century in the late and the beginning of during the French Revolution.
Oliver the main character was an orphan. He had a very bad luck.
Oliver escaped from an orphanage and went to London where Mr.Fagin cared of him in exchange for him to smug and pickpocket.Oliver went to the court because he got caught. At the end he is forgiven and Mr.Browlond took him to home.
Then Nancy a Fagin worker help Faging to serch for Oliver. Nancy caught him. After that the robbers stole in Mr.Browlond house and he shoot Oliver.
Nancy talked Mr.Browlond about Oliver then Bill knew about it and killed her. Bill was serch and capture. He went to a rope to escape and he fell down with a rope and he hanged himself.  Faging was in prison and Oliver arrived to Mr.Browlond house. Fagin was hung and Oliver was to visited him to prison. Then Oliver lived with Mr.Browlond. And this is all.



MY OPINION: I think it is a great film but it´s very sad because in this times were a lot of poor people and some people were very rich there are a lot of injustices and Oliver was a bad lucky boy.
 Dickens lived in this times and he explained very well how the life in his times was.



                                 CHARLES DICKENS BIOGRAPHY
  Charles Dickens was born in 1812 in the U.K and he died in 1870 when he was 58 years old. He had a hard life. He was an English writer and a critic. His father was in prison when he was 12 years old. He lived in a small room and he needed to start to work in a shoes Factory and he left school.
 When his father was released Charles Dickens continued the study but two years later he abandoned it to work in a law firm. Eventually he found his literary vocation.
 One of the features of his work was social injustice, whose remedy he saw in the kind and caring acttitudes of institutions and individuals.
Some of his most relevant Works are Oliver Twist, David Copperfield, Hard Times, Great Expectations, Christmast Carols….

TRADICIONAL GAME



                         tradiccional game: kabaddi




KABADDI: is traditional sport of India, Pakistan and Blangladesh where plaques are made between the two teams.
The teams are about 7 people.
They play in a court that measures 12,5 x 10 metres.
they play two times about 20 minuts with a five minuts intermision afyter which the teams change sides.
The team take turns sending a raider to the oppossite area in order to capture players to the oppossite team before returning to the theirs .The caputere menvers must leave the field the attacker musn't breathe during the attact because demostrating it by singing with out interruption .
Thats were the name of the game comes from since kabaddi means singing in India and Pakistan .

ART WORK:
 I made it with a 18 x 18 white card and A4 black card I cut in an other black card body parts making a plaque and then I put the name of the game under the white card.

TRADICIONAL GAMES

                           

                       AUSTRALIA: Ice cubes

      The children form serveral groups of three or four players. Each player has an ice cube and the team win whose players manage to undo the faster cubes using only their hands.

mime mask

                                     MIME MASK:


First we make free hand about feels face like mimes.
Then we do the free hand in a paper with a white mask and you decor it like do you want. We cut the paper and cut two eyes a nose and a mouth. we make two flaps with a hole in both of them to pass a string for put in the head.

HOW I DO MY WORKS ON ART

                                 WORKS


POINTILLISM

0ºI do with felt pens.

1º I do free hand about flowers draw. Then I choose the orchid.

2º I draw in drawing sheet 10x10 but I do a square in the sheet 8x8 I draw in it.

3º then I draw the free hand with pencil in the sheet and I fill in with dots if you put more dots 
you can make shade but if you put disperds  dots you make ligth.

4º I borrow the pencil and fill in all the space. And this is all.


LINE

0º I do with Stabilos marker

1º I do free hand about food draw. Then I choose the macaronis.

2º I draw in drawing sheet 10x10 but I do a square in the sheet 8x8 I draw in it.

3º Then I draw the free hand with pencil in the sheet and I fill in with freehand lines if you put more lines you can make shade but if you put disperds lines you make ligth effect.

4º I borrow the pencil and fill in all the space with lines. And this is all.

1º I do free hand about something that where in my house draw. Then I choose the Stich funko.

2º I draw in drawing sheet 10x10 but I do a square in the sheet 8x8 I draw in it.

3º Then I draw the free hand contorn with pencil in the sheet and I fill in with some contorns draws in the rubber and then stamping in the draw.

4º I make the contorn. And this is all.

VOCABULARY:

DOT:

DOT:It is a smallest and most simple element in art expression.It´s first target is to indicate a position since it doesn´t follow any direction.

Three-dimensional capacity: When the size,shapes and colors are changed, the dot can create visual sensations of spacial deepness and volume.

Expresive capacity: The point has a unlimited capacity to represent images and to express ideas and emotions.To do so, visual effect are used.

Optical mix: When colors are mixed with the help of distance point isn't mixed on the palette or on the painting. The optical mixed was used first by the pointillist.


LINES:
LINES:it can be as a dot movement.It has position and direction in the shape and one of its principal function consist on making the shapes outline.

ZIG-ZAG: er broken lines they are formed leg serval fragment of straight lines with different direcction.

WAVY LINE:they are formed by serval fragment of curved lines.

CURLY LINES:They hold more curves than wavy lines and show hold hoops.

SRI BELBBLE:chaatic and mecningless lines that are troced randing , usually in first stage of childrood or to fille in some area with a particular textures.

HATCHING:it´s a way of shading or giving tones to the areas  of objects surfaces with parallels lines.

CROS HATCHING: it´s a way of  shading areas of a drawing or surfaces with parallel lines in serval directions.

PASTED OR DETECT LINES : they are lines  wich are not continious formed by little tracesordets.

SIMPLE LINES: those that are formed by only one line.

COMPOSITE LINE:they are lines by fragments  of several and curved straightlines.

EXPRESSIVE OF LINES

VERTICAL LINE EXPRESIVENESS:the expresss an ascendnet or descendent , depending on how they are used.

HORIZONTAL LINES EXPRESIVENESS:they produced visual feeling of stavility and calmns or tranquility but they  can be nonotone if they used too much.

SKEW LINE EXPRESIVENESS:they produced unsteadness and movement feelings these feelings give inclined lines and sensations of dinamism.

NEW UNIT COLOUR

COLOUR:it is basic element or visual language. It is a light impression that arrives to the eyes wich send the information to the brain.

PRIMARY COLOUR: CYAN, YELLOW, MAGENT.

SECUNDARY COLOUR: RED, UV BLUE, GREEN.



PIGMENT: are the material with you can make all the colour.

THREE PROPIETIES OF COLOUR:

   HUE:Also called tono or tiny it´s the name of the colour definited by it´s wave length.

SATURATION: degree of purity of a colour . If a colour is very saturated means if means that is very pure and doesen´t have many colour in  its mix.

VALUE:sometimes called brightnoss or luminoisity.It is the amount of black or white that a colour has inits mix.

COMPLEMENTARY COLOURS: they are pairs of colours wich are located in front of each other on the colour wheel. A complementary of primary is formed by the mixed of the other two primary in equals parts.

WARM RANGE: it is a scale of colours that has either more yellow more magent or both in is mixture.

COLD RANGE:it is a scale of colours that has either more cyan or blue in its  mixture than any other colour. They are set on one side of the colour wheel and transmit the temperature sensation of coldnees and distance
